Check out some of the following if you have the opportunity, you will not be disappointed.Jiko - Located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge this African themed restaurant serves up excellent African-Asian fusion cuisine meals.
Tchoup Chop - Created and owned by American master chef Emeril Lagasse. Here he has created a delightful fusion of Asian/Pacific themed dishes. Located at Universal's Royal Pacific Resort.
Todd English's Blue Zoo - A beautiful underwater themed fusion restaurant. Very heavy on fish dishes, so if you are looking for seafood this is a great choice.
Victoria & Albert's - Located at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort this restaurant allows for a much more intimate scale then most of the other Disney restaurants. With a chef's table in the kitchen and only 18 other tables in the entire restaurant, this place pulls out all the intimate dining stops.
Roy's - From everything seen and heard, Roy's lives up to the hype. Tons of dishes to die for. This place is romantic yet at the same time very kid friendly and accessible. This is a must do dining experience.
